I’m a fully qualified Personal Trainer, HIIT instructor and Strength & Conditioning coach for some of London’s top boutique gyms. If you want to get fitter, stronger or leaner, I would love to help.
I offer virtual PT over zoom (using whatever equipment you have available, even if it’s nothing!), face to face sessions and nutritional advice.
